Support and Changes

Isset Internet Professionals is available for support during working days from 9:00 to 18:00 by phone (035-6775560) or via support@isset.nl. Outside office hours you can reach us by mobile phone as stated on your service contract.

Changes

Do you need something changed on your website? Move a button? Need help placing content or do you want some slight adjustments made to your stylesheet? That's no problem for Isset. Contact us by phone or send an e-mail to support@isset.nl and we'll try to help you as soon as possible.

After we have received your request, we'll send you an overview of the expected costs. If those are agreeable, we'll proceed to make the desired changes.

Costs Support and Changes

For regular support activities, which aren't included in a project or your hosting contract, we charge € 85,-- per hour.

Remote Support

To remotely assist you, it's often convenient for us if we can actually see what you're doing. To accomplish this, we use the Remote Support tool by NTR. Using this (web)application we can see what's on your screen, which allows us to accurately diagnose your problem. You can start a remote support session here or click the image on the left.
